I hired Chef Emmanuelle to cater an outdoor lunch for 30 people to celebrate my daughter’s wedding. This was an extremely challenging venue. The guests were a combination of Vegetarian, Vegan, Lactose and Gluten intolerant, and major meat lovers! The food was stunning!Not only did “The Purple Artichoke Chef” provide a delicious dish that met with each group’s requirements, but everything looked gorgeous! Our families still talk on Facebook about it! Emmanuelle is not only a good cook but she thrives on a challenge! She will go the extra mile to make it happen!
